How do I change my password?

Users can change their own passwords by logging into the Account Control Panel. When logged in, a user can change their Password. For more help, reference the Account settings section.

I have forgotten my password

Contact your System Administrator to have your password reset email sent to an external address. In addition, system administrator level users can manually set a password for the user.

How do I connect Aqua Mail to myexchange.rocks?

After running the automatic configuration service, Aqua Mail will want to communicate with myexchange.rocks via EWS. This is currently not supported by our system. We recommend that you manually configure your account to using IMAP.
