How do I change my password?

Users can change their own passwords by logging into the Account Control Panel. Once logged in it can be changed in the Password section.

I have forgotten my password

Contact your 'System Administrator' to have a password reset email sent to an external address. In addition, system administrator level users can manually set a password for the user.

How do I connect Aqua Mail to myexchange.rocks?

After running the automatic configuration, Aqua Mail will want to communicate with myexchange.rocks via EWS, but our service does not yet support all calls made by eM Client. We recommend that you manually configure your account to use IMAP instead.
