Getting started

The following pages explain how to use your myexchange.rocks account with different clients.

The quickest way to use myexchange.rocks is with a web browser. To do this, simply navigate to https://web.myexchange.rocks. How to use the myexchange.rocks app is explained in the Webmail section.

Our recommended client is Microsoft Outlook. To access your mailbox from mobile devices and tablets, we recommend using ActiveSync. Alternatively you can also use the native Windows Mail Client or Mozilla Thunderbird. Other mail clients, such as the Apple Mail app, can be connected using either POP3 or IMAP.

In addition, it is possible to change account details, such as the profile picture or password, using The Account Control Panel.
